1. Tea Products (Non-returnable)
Due to the nature of tea as a consumable food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for tea once it has been opened or delivered, except in the case of quality issues or incorrect shipments.
If you believe your tea is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the product.
2. Teaware & Accessories
We accept returns or exchanges for teaware and accessories under the following conditions:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@teaworldly.com within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product was defective.
